Definitive repair of pipes due to corrosion in up to 90 seconds
TIGHT-PIPE is the definitive repair for piping, applied in operation, which promotes the tightness of leaks in up to 90 seconds. After sealing, the product is ready to be welded, becoming a permanent repair.
It has low installation complexity and eliminates the need to change the affected section.
The solution consists of a reduced double gutter with a sealing system, applied with a compression device composed of a split ring. This innovative solution stands out in the global market, for the absence of repairs that are classified as definitive and without similar.
Complies with ASME IX PCC-2 AND B313.1 standards. Corrosion tests, finite element modeling, mechanical tests and destructive tests were carried out.
